The house is situated in a picturesque village at the very foot of the Pirin Mountain close to the historical town of Melnik. The well known spa resort of Sandanski is not far and the Greek border is just a few kilometers south. It is an excellent fishing and hunting area favourable for tourism and balneotherapy as well. Rural tourism is quite popular in the district and it makes the property even more attractive.
