Vacation house for sale near the town of Tran

For sale is a property in western Bulgaria, very close to the Serbian Border. It is situated in a small and quiet village in Tran municipality, Pernik district. The village lies 8 km south of the Tran and 47 km northwest of Pernik. The capital Sofia is 76 km southeast.

The village has a functioning town hall, a pub and store for all goods. The nearest GP, dentist, hospital, kindergarten and school are working in the town of Tran.

The offered house is sold furnished and quite cozy. There is no running water, but there is a wonderful well in the yard. There are pipes that are laid under the tiles and you only need to turn on the pumps to get water from the well. The sewer leads to a septic tank.

The house has two floors:

On the first floor there is a kitchen with a sink, a bathroom with a toilet and a living room. There is a fireplace in the living room, which heats the whole house with air ducts. There are two bedrooms on the second floor - one is smaller with a wonderful south view. The other is bigger.

The house is about 45 square meters per floor. The yard is 795 square meters.
