Properties for sale in Golden Sands
Golden Sands was Bulgaria’s first international resort and was once the largest resort along the Black Sea coast. Located 18 km north of Varna the resort occupies a gentle, sloping forest by the area’s greatest asset – a 4 km strip of soft, golden sand. Many of the hotels have been converted in recent years to cater for the growing demand for apartments. There are also numerous off plan apartments and gated community villas. Golden Sands is more laid-back and relaxed resort compared to Sunny Beach. It is also considered more posh and luxurious destination.
